Why do I need social media management if I already have a website?
Your website is your home base, but social media is where many of your potential customers spend their time. Gold adds full content creation, monthly strategy meetings, and cross-platform promotion. Platinum includes everything in Gold plus promoted posts, branded ads, and biweekly strategic reviews. Can I start with one platform and add more later?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts, and we’re happy to start where it makes the most sense for your business. Many of our clients begin with one or two key platforms and expand as they see results. We’ll recommend the best starting point based on your audience and goals.
How do you create content for my business if you don't know my industry?
Great question. We start every engagement by learning your business, your audience, and your voice. We hold regular meetings (the frequency depends on your tier) to review upcoming events, discuss opportunities, and plan content together. We also maintain a collaborative editorial calendar so you always know what’s going out and can provide input. The content is yours, and it should sound like you.
Will social media help my Google rankings?
Social media doesn’t directly change your Google rankings the way on-page SEO does, but it supports your overall visibility in important ways. Active social profiles build brand awareness, drive traffic to your website, and create engagement signals that search engines pay attention to. A well-managed social presence also helps with reputation management and gives AI systems more context about your business when they generate answers.
What's a Social Media Audit, and do I need one?
A Social Media Audit is a thorough review of your current social media presence. We look at what’s working, what’s not, how you compare to competitors, and where the real opportunities are. It’s a great starting point if you’re not sure where things stand or if you want a clear picture before committing to ongoing management. Think of it as a check-up before we build your plan.
How do you measure results from social media?
We use analytics tools to track and report on the metrics that matter: reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic from social channels, and content performance. Reporting happens on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis, and we review results together during our regular meetings. We focus on the numbers that connect to your business goals, not vanity metrics.
Do I need to provide my own content, or do you handle that?
It depends on the tier and the platform. For most of our Community Management work, we handle content creation entirely. For YouTube, results are strongest when you provide raw video footage and we handle the editing, branding, and posting. If we need to produce video content from scratch, additional fees may apply. We’ll always be upfront about what’s needed and what it costs.
