All in the name of what - the allusion of safety? Whoever is going to target American sites are probably already here and not "overseas" - so what does this bill really do for us - besides take away more freedoms!? I believe that there has to be some suspicion that they are communicating with someone believed to have terrorist ties. And if that's the case, then, sorry, I'm OK with that.
