RedZee has been known for just over a year now by myself and my colleagues.

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I've had a few clients call and tell me, "We just signed up for RedZee!" At this I sigh and remind them that they should always consult me before spending any money on Internet advertising. I then have the unfortunate task of telling them that they have thrown there money down the drain.

I’ll add my $0.02 to the article by pointing out that someone has to have the RedZee toolbar (adware) in order to see the ads on MSN, Yahoo, Google and even other places that the people at RedZee can specify.

I tried obtaining a list of sites that this adware affects about a year ago and I was declined access to that list. I’ve since wondered why they chose not to give it to me and where exactly people are advertising at. Makes you wonder!

First of all, I’d like to thank Ross Dunn of Stepforth for posting this article about RedZee.

I was introduced to several companies over the past three years who ran very similar operations. After all I know from some of the responses I have gotten from this article that many unsuspecting businesses have been pulled into this service; so there is no reason Google would target them.

But I would definitely be walking softly if I were RedZee; Google is more likely to go to the source with any issues they have.

Hi doha, no, as an advertiser I see no reason that Google would penalize you.
