What is your role at StepForth?

I advise clients of StepForth’s services in a non-technical manner. I have been helping people make informed decisions for over 25 years and I have worked in the not for profit sector as a lobbyist suggesting remedial legislation to government on a wide range of political and social issues as well as providing logistical solutions and sales to client companies, which have major account standing and national profiles.

I place a strong personal emphasis on client satisfaction and after sales service.

Bill, what do you enjoy the most about working at StepForth Web Marketing?

Working in a company where everyone looks forward to each new day at the office. Open communication, positive and supportive attitude along with a strong code of ethics from Rossco (da boss); these filter over to the rest of us; and of course, our worldwide network of clients.

What have you learned lately and what are you learning on a regular basis?

Working on the flowering of the heart, a returning to the Source, selfless giving and a balance in body, mind and spirit. Assorted communication models – NVC, the Power of Now.

What do you do for fun outside of work?

I am an active volunteer at the Victoria Branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society, where amongst other things, I am an instructor and I head up the culinary crew for special events. I love to read and cook, particularly Asian cuisine. My highest priority is spending quality time with my personal goddess (my wife) in this garden of paradise on Vancouver Island, BC.
