The Application Process

When a position is open and you fulfill the requirements please submit your resume with cover letter explaining why you are the best person for the job. Please note: in most cases we hire on contract for a short term to determine the applicant’s work quality is appropriate for the position. Upon confirmation of quality we will then engage in negotiations for a long term salary position with medical benefits and bonuses.

Administrative Assistant to CEO – Posted Jan 2, 2014 – Position to be Filled ASAP

This position needs to be filled ASAP for on-site work. This job will require a person to work directly with our CEO to lighten his administrative load as he manages the current expansive growth StepForth is experiencing. The tasks will include essential bookkeeping with QuickBooks Premier Professional Services Edition 2013, handling day-to-day billing, phone calls, sales follow-up (not selling but managing the paperwork), organizing contractors, communicating with existing clients, and a variety of other tasks. To say this won’t be a boring job is an understatement… StepForth is moving in a number of exciting directions and needs a go-getter who can learn quickly and is technically savvy so he/she can assist with other online tasks when needed.

  • Although we accept proposals from offsite talent we rarely hire long term unless the applicant moves to Victoria and works in-house at StepForth. That said, IF you do want to work offsite you have to demonstrate an exceptional level of organizational skills and talent in your position along with a near-perfect level of reliability; qualities we find exceedingly difficult to find in an off-site provider.
